1.Describe the example with details about the setting, context, people involved, audience, and the event itself.

2. Identify the language myth or attitude embedded in the example. (i.e. what is the conflict and why is it happening?)

3. Use either Lippi-Green or a Bauer and Trudgill chapter to help support your analysis of the example. Use specific evidence from the source to support your analysis.
